I handle your coins as if they were my own

After looking at collection. I establish what size the images will be saved and imaged. Numbering for easy retrieval and archiving is key in case something happens to your collection. I/you need to have an accurate count and inventory of your items.
After receiving your coins or seeing them at your location. I look over all the coins to get an idea of the quality and characteristics of your collection. Are you a toned collector, flash, circulated, proof etc… After establishing this I check all slabs for cracks, scratches and slabs that could possibly need to be skipped or extra attention paid to the coin. I take a count of all coins and make sure it is what you have sent to me.
After cleaning all the slabs I image your coins using the best in digital photography and lighting. All coins are shot on felt and handled with cotton gloves. Slab identification certificates are shot and an overall image is shot. The image is initially a RAW image no cropping cleanup etc. The image is saved this way and an identical copy is made of the coin, slab, certificate and archived.
After the coin has been shot I crop the image edge to edge around the coin. Slabs are done the same way edge to edge. Certificates and details are imaged and cropped to show the detail. I adjust for color and sharpness of the coin.
After coins are “cleaned up” your coins are shipped back to you with appropriate prints (if ordered). I keep a copy of ALL images in case of theft or insurance claim.
